ok so im not in lakewood now,and i wont be for a long time.like a year.but i need to find a place before i move up there. i tried a few sites and got nothing. im looking for something under $60,000. i also wanted a double wide modular home. any sites that actually have these in lake wood,please leave them.
also,how do u pick a real estate agent? how do they get paid?

My brother lives in Katy (houston area) and used to go. He loved it; said the music was great and enjoyed the simple message of Joel. He was/is a searching Christian (not quite there yet)
EDIT: Ettezus: you have to pay to hear him on tour; but you have to pay alot of people on tour. Its ten bucks. You dont have to pay to go to church though
