why can’t I get a job? where can I get one in Lakewood? Any tips?

Hey I am a;most 18 and I don’t have a real job yet and whenever I go to an interview I never get the job. I **** not being able to bring the green in I mean I have a job at my school but they only pay me 150 dollars a month. I think I should be paid more than that. But seriously why can’t I get a JOB? If you have any tips like how i should dress, what i should say to impress my interviewer and who’s hiring in Lakewood.
